Upper Crust is very proud to announce that the company passed its latest BRC Audit on May, 2016 with an excellent score of “AA”.
BRC Global Standards is a leading safety and quality certification program for the food industry. The standard is divided into seven categories, including senior management, food safety plan, food safety quality, site standards, product control, process control, and personnel. Upper Crust has passed all seven categories with the highest possible score of “AA”!
